Unlikely given that the firmament can keep out the immense weight of the upper waters, and was placed there by God. A planet would simply bounce off harmlessly. The word is from firmus - "strong, steadfast, enduring".

So they disregarded a deliberate sign from god? Isn't the whole idea of the red calf birth to signal that the time has come?

Not exactly a conspiracy theory, but if a few hundred Hamas operatives could break through one of the most heavily surveiled barriers in the world, a few thousand deluded redditors surely could have overrun area 51, and those that proposed it will surely be the end of their lines, cowards that they are.

Or it is a guy in a costume fucking with trains when they go by. I would totally do that.
