i had thighs last night too. i used a spice rub of coriander, cumin, cardamon, cayenne, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, minced garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil and let them marinate for at least 12 hours. had it with a side of pearl couscous. so good.

We're having paprika parm chicken with some zucchini, peppers, and onions. It's delicious.

I'm in charge of dinner tonight (the wife is working until 8ish). Which of course means we'll be ordering something in. Not sure what yet. I need to think on it. Probably something easy like pizza.

Made one of my favorite take-out dishes last night: Salt & Pepper Shrimp! It was so good, had that same flavor from the restaurant.

in new england when you say fish you generally mean a white fish, usually either cod, haddock, or scrod.
