Hey I tried to bring it down! I think the studio is going to shave its balls and neuter it.@SkitchP wrote:This song better live up to all the hype you guys are heaping.

I could conceivably sit here and work out how to play the song on guitar.
I've definitely heard worse audience recordings.
Let me spell it out for you..@SkitchP wrote:This song better live up to all the hype you guys are heaping.

The bastards are just teasing us now. I don't know how I'm going to make it through the next few months.harmless wrote:They didn't play it? Ah bugger.
I guess we can expect now that they'll use soundcheck opportunities to practice new songs, even if they don't play them. It's a good way of rehearsing stuff without having an organised rehearsal. I'm kind of wondering whether that shitty clip of the song was leaked deliberately now. And I'm wondering whether there will be more of them. And I'm wondering whether they could be the equivalent of the Verison clips we had for Backspacer.Sgt. Crackpot wrote:The bastards are just teasing us now. Umm, it was in the city of "London, Ontario". That's a stretch though I guessharmless wrote:Wait, they played 'London Calling' for Ontario?
Well yeah, it has the same name... but that's it.E.H. Ruddock wrote:Umm, it was in the city of "London, Ontario". That's a stretch though I guessharmless wrote:Wait, they played 'London Calling' for Ontario?

You can catch a little of the melody here and there.stupidmop wrote:Where are people hearing vocals? At 0.18 ish ? I'm hearing something but not sure whether it's singing. This sounds fairly cinematic, any chance it could be the song for 'Out of the furnace?' or is that strictly an Ed thing i wonder.
Yeah I hear the vocals all through out. Can't make out any of the lyrics though....it's like listening to the studio version of Yellowledbetter for the first time. lol But they do sound rather cinematic and emotive, good choice of a descriptive word there with cinematic btw.Thejambi wrote:You can catch a little of the melody here and there.stupidmop wrote:Where are people hearing vocals?
