hey guys

Woke up this morning dreaming I was full on shitting myself. Very happy this was only a dream. Hightailed it to the toilet first thing.

That's a fucking nightmare.

Last night was the best night of sleep I can remember having in a while. Other than a couple of texts waking me up at 1am, I slept the whole night thru until Mrs Wease’s alarm went off. Damn, I wish I could sleep like that every night.

It’s to be treasured, for sure.

Every once in awhile the stars align and a full sleep like that can happen. It is truly magical.

I had to get up at 5am and couldn’t fall asleep til after midnight. Currently resting in the car outside the hospital while my mom has a procedure.

Reporting early: Badly!

Hardly at all. Went to bed early because I had to get up early and barely slept at all. 20 minutes here, 10 minutes there. I bet I didn’t get 2 hours all night.

One hour of sleep. Headed to Baltimore. Holla at my ass

I use sleepwatch on my phone that connects to the applewatch

it keeps track of disrupted, restless and restful sleep through out the night

over the past month for example

average of 6 hours of sleep a night
19% heart rate dip 69 sitting awake down to 56 while sleeping
on average i get 4 hours of restful sleep and 2 ours of restless (flopping around, fixing pillow etc..)

like sh*it...father in law in the hospital last night..apparently he couldn't walk or stand up..waiting on results..more fun
