Yikes, I can smell it through my keyboard
you're welcome.
does anyone who posts in this thread own a squatty potty or use a footstool when leaving stools?
I find them to be very help in getting a lot out.

got woken up at 2:45 a.m. this morning. something was tearing the insides out of me, replete with sweats. i didn't have to turn the bathroom light on, which was probably good in the end.

I believe in those things. Think I watched an infomercial once. Don't have one but could be in the market for a used one on FB Marketplace. If the price is right.

Seems like Ruddo endorsed something like this a while back.

I had a problem with late night munchies, too, so I replaced the chips, etc. with apple slice (pre-cut so I can be lazy and just eat them) and watermelon (pre-cut too). Improved bathroom experience, too.

Some of the best sleep happens after the worst moment. Getting woken up in the middle of the night with pain like that is awful. But when you completely empty your bowels like that, you sleep like a baby on a feather bed.

I can't remember the last time I've gotten up in the middle of the night to empty my bowels, but I can assure you I didn't sleep like a baby after.

Well, all I can say after reading these last few comments is that I hope you all have great and productive bowel movements in the middle of the night (if needed) and that you find rest soon.
I've gone in the middle of the night and got a nice rest afterward.

how do you like your steak cooked? i love rare, but i've had some minor stomach issues sometime afterwards, so i'm a medium rare guy these days.
