Still so early... so hard to resist...
1. Vs
2. Yield
3. Ten
4. No Code
5. Vitalogy
6-9. Total crapshoot ratpure, tooth and nail dogfight beween LB, S/T, Binaural and RA
10. Backspacer
I doubt LB can break into the top 5, but a 6 or 7 spot is pretty damn respectable imo

Also -

where is that from anyway?
I think its from some 93 interview with ed and Dave A....I think. He's talking about how they ran into some people or some fans or something and one of em started yelling shit (you bitch!) at beth.

Yield
Battle between Ten, Vs, Vitalogy and No Code
Binaural
Riot Act
Lightning Bolt , S/T
Backspacer
Yield is my definite favorite, never changes. The 2 - 5 spots interchange all the time for me. Binaural is always clearly above Riot Act. I really love all of the albums up to Riot Act though.
I like Lightning Bolt about the same as S/T. They're both ok to me, but nothing great. FWIW, I bounced my Avocado vinyl last week after a couple years of thinking about it. I will never bounce any vinyl of any prior albums. Not going to bother to get LB on vinyl.
Backspacer is clearly shit.

Riot Act over Backspacer. where's that head shaking smiley.
ahh, here it is.
Oh chris,

I'm sorry! It's just that I only love GSMF, Johnny G and SOS off BS whereas on RA I love Can't Keep, Save You, Cropduster, I Am Mine, You Are (minus lyrics) and Half Full!

Lightning Bolt will probably supplant Riot Act in the long-run, even though I love the moodiness of that album.

Can't believe so many people rank Backspacer last or close to the bottom. It's definitely better than Avocado, Riot Act, and Lightning Bolt. Binaural too. You people are crazy.
My current list:
No Code
Vitalogy
Yield
Ten
Vs
Backspacer
Binaural
Avocado
Lightning Bolt
Riot Act

Im gonna shoot from the hip right now. I dont usually do this. here we go
Binaural
Yield
No Code
Vitalogy
Riot Act
Vs.
Ten
the Bolt
S/T
SmackFacer
Lightning Bolt could definitely rise in the rankings. Ten is pure nostalgia for me as I dont really relate to much of it on there except the passion . Vs. is such an impersonal record I feel and as much as I love the playing and sound across the album, I dont emotionally connect to it these days.
Whatever the F that all means.
