No. Jesus was a sub-6-minute mile guy. He'd totally smoke me.

Jesus drank too much and gave all his food to other people. How the fuck did that guy manage sub 6-minute miles?

My first run since Friday and it was my longest so far, i made it 3.25 miles in 31 minutes and 55 seconds. I didn't know how i would do after a week off, but those days last week running at 7 mph really seemed to help my breathing, i didn't get winded badly until i started raising my speed, just before the 2 mile mark i started to go up just a bit, until i got to 6.4mph then i finished with the last tenth of a mile at 7mph. I feel really good about this run, i feel like i pushed it a bit too far because a was a little dizzy when i was done but Im feeling ok. Now i need some food

If I don't feel dizzy/sick after a workout I tell myself that I did it wrong.

You should exercise. You'll feel better about life afterward.

5 miles in 38 minutes on the treadmill (hills)

5% incline at about 7:40 for 5 miles. This fucking sucked. I puked a little afterward. Great run.

 Does that happen very often for most of you? I remember puking during softball in high school, I've made sure that only happened once.

It doesn't happen to me very often. But this one had me pretty much balls out for the entire 38 minutes.

started out on a great run, shooting for 5 miles.
half way out - the sudden urge for an ass-plosion. No options, i was running in a residential area.
Really pissed me off because i was feeling great. that last 400 meters was brutal, thankfully i didnt draw mud.

happy friday.
