Found a copy of Incestidide on vinyl last night at my record store, but it was one of the numbered limited run presses from 2012. I had heard those were pretty brickwalled? Anyone listened to it?
It was pricey too, so I'm not losing sleep over passing it up in the moment.

Watched Montage Of Heck and Soaked in Bleach. Didn't think MOH was that great, though I think what Buzz said about it kind of affected the viewing experience. Maybe I should watch it again, but it seemed kind of a mess. I wonder how they chose the interviewees and how they decided who would be included in the final cut. They were somehow out of place. And it's pretty much the story we've heard so many times before. I'd love to hear Buzz version.
Soaked in Bleach was interesting though. I don't know what really happened, but the police sure screwed things up at the crime scene, and Courtney is a bitch dispite being a guilty of getting her husband killed or not. What I didn't like was how they didn't make a clear distinction about which of the conversations seen in the film were actually taken from the tapes, and which were not taped, but just told to the film crew by Grant. Also, they could have told which of the people seen in the film they tried to interview, even if they declied.

What I found most interesting about the grant movie was the abrupt change of tune Rosemary Carroll had. It was like..somethings not right here Tom to dont ever call me again overnight.

Yeah, she must know some bad people. I also read that she tried, and also succeeded in preventing theaters not to show the film.
This tweet was also interesting:
"karma is bigger bitch than @Courtney will ever be and live to see the day it is served to her drc" -@drcarlsonalbion

How are Dylan Carlson, Courtney Love or Cali Dewitt even still alive?

The release of Kurt's journals, the film, this release of his half-finished burblings - it all seems in exceptionally bad taste.
I find the focus on Kurt's personal demons generally pretty tiresome and disproportionate. He wrote some wonderful music, I'd rather talk about that.
Buzz nails everything that's wrong with this movie.
And, yeah, Strat, for me, it wasn't that they took Kurt off a pedestal, it's that they lied and manipulated facts and then when they were bothered with any kind of truth, they just presented one side. Ok fine, so it was the side people don't talk about as often maybe - MAYBE - but it was still exploitative and narrow-minded and joyless.
The Kurt Cobain of this movie fell out of his mother's vagina hating the world and waiting until the day he could afford to shoot himself in the face and other than having a baby that he seemed to like well enough, never cared much for anything else.
