If you're in your 30s and still hate your regular Vietnamese take-out place, you're calling the wrong Vietnamese take-out place. Vietnamese take-out shouldn't be "fun" but I don't think it should drain you either.

I dunno. It probably has a lot to do with the fact that it feels inefficient to me. Extra steps. On top of that, me not understanding the
why of needing a phone number makes it unnecessarily mysterious to me.

Don't get it twisted, guys. I comply every time and leaving the desk to pick up the food and making small talk with the staff is always a highlight of my day. This is just my food-related thought for the thread today.
