I'm at 10 uploads now. I'd appreciate if you could play and star my levels so I can continue to upload. (I feel like PBS right now). My latest is a level where you just sprint as soon as the level starts and keep sprinting. Those seem popular.

Played the new one and starred it. Nice design!

I'll PBS it also and ask everyone to play and star the shit out of my levels too!

I do from time to time, but after about 10-15 minutes I usually came back to my own levels.

The one bad thing about this whole "create" thing is that there aren't consistant levels/worlds to beat like there would be in a typical Mario game. I like the progression from super easy to super hard that Nintendo typically puts in the game. When you play random levels in Mario Maker you usually get either ridiculously easy or impossibly hard. I like levels that are at about 75% hard (a real challange, but beatable in five to 10 tries). Those seem few and far between on Maker levels.

Your levels are consistently too hard for me, chud. I can make progress through most of them, but after several tries (and frustration) I usually move on. And most of the time it is because I can't get by a blind jump area, or a wall jump that drops you to death, or a music note jumping area, or a scrolling screen, or something else like that, and I get annoyed with dying because of something I can't even see coming or avoid.

I like challenging levels that don't take huge amounts of luck to beat. That's why most of my levels have a 10-20% pass rate. Challenging, but they don't make people suicidal.

Maybe I should just be a better player. ;)

I kinda agree with phatJ here. Some chud levels (like a couple of the airships) are a lot of fun. But some are just too frustrating to be enjoyable.

and totally unrelated. It could just be me, but does the time on how Pirhana plants come out of tubes seem somewhat... off? Like not anything the coursemakers are doing, but the timing of them just feels slightly different than previous games

They are strictly presense based in this one.

It's true. You're all bitching about having to bounce up some music blocks like you've never played world 5 of mario 3 before.

Yes chud. Having a consistent "clear rate" of under 8% should be a badge of honor.

I'm going for beatable levels that would show up under the expert setting of the 100 Mario Challenge. So yeah, I'm aiming for well under 10%.
