It was somewhat underwhelming, but I did get a laugh out of the Eagles line.

I was trying to think of someone they inspired who could have done it, but no one was coming to mind, at least no name that would be as much of a common name as what the Hall of Fame usually tries to go for.

It was meandering and kind of crappy, like a Neil Young song

I've never heard it! I've heard a Greatest Hits album, Harvest, Harvest Moon, Rust Never Sleeps, On the Beach, and various other "dude you have to listen to this one" songs over the years. The only one I liked was On the Beach

Is it streamable? Otherwise, I think I'm done trying. I feel like Neil Young is a bit like Bruce Springsteen to me; an artist who seems to have been a massive influence on a lot of musicians I really enjoy, but whose own music is like nails on a chalkboard to me.

"Act of Love" is one of my all-time favorite songs.

I could take or leave a lot of that record, but "I'm the Ocean" is one of my favorite songs; certainly one of my favorite Neil Young tracks.
