Kitchari is the traditional cleansing food of Ayurveda. It is a combination of split mung beans and white basmati rice with plenty of spices, depending on your constitution.

Im on operation "lose 10lbs" so this will be my diet for a bit. Going to allow freedom and fun on the weekends but its time to get to work, yknow?

I can’t eat the same thing for dinner on back to back nights. I don’t know how I’d manage that.
