If I remember correctly when I lived in Huntington Beach it was said the HB cops were mostly the too racist cops for LAPD

I've never lived in Socal, only visited, so I tend to (possibly erroneously) think of Huntington Beach as the land of retirement homes and over 65 trailer parks. Anyone without explicit permission to be in a particular development is suspect.
