I would not set my house on fire from any side.

Our insurance policies covers the immediate things that come to mind, so I’d probably skip those and go for sentimental things:

1. There’s a ceremonial textile from our wedding that the Dalai Llama spilled tea on; I would grab that.

2. There’s a 7” record my dad put out in the 80s, and I’m on the cover. I would grab that too.

3. I have a basket with all sorts of important documents in them — SS card, passport, tax papers, stuff like that — that I’d probably grab just to make life easier.

Hang on, "a basket with several items in it" is CHEATING
