You probably just need to slow down and acclimate to the heat.

I’m running at a very moderate pace, and it was above the max before it got hot...i don’t think I’ve run more than .6 miles at a time before walking, so it’s not like I’m going far

Really impressed with the Boston 9. They're going to give the 7 a run for it's money.

Lol. They should have at least that many miles but I've wasted most of 2020 and suddenly decided that 100 degree temps are the time to start running again. Go figure.

Apple Watch and another fitness tracker...plus just recognizing that i get short of breath easily
You're going to get short of breath getting into running.
sure, but it hasn’t improved much at all when I was going consistently...my doctor was concerned hence the ecg

i get short of breath in other exercise easy too, but no super elevated heart rate like with jogging
it's definitely not a concern. just stretch more.

There is zero chance your heart rate is 192 after running what, a half mile? You're lying. You've made all this up.

You aren't real

it wasn't even that far at a time...i was just doing intervals for the first 3ish miles

i went 6.35 miles in an hour and a half and my average heart rate was freakin' 165

i don't understand...does this just mean i'm really badly out of shape? because the ecg came back perfectly fine, and my resting heart rate is around 65-68
