leftover lamb shoulder sandwiches with giardiniera

we tossed some pepperocinis in the slow cooker with this batch, along with some of the jar juice, and it made the meat super tender and juicy

it was just a different Mexican restaurant that we had never been to before and a stop at the saloon afterwards...good day...a country town birthday as opposed to big city birthday...
