1st Anniversary Ale called “Twinning” -DIPA- from Invictus Brewing Co. in Blaine, MN. This brewery is less than 10 minutes from my house. They have AWESOME food, and some solid beers, if not spectacular. Great atmosphere in a large beer hall.

What is the generally accepted limit on number of threads where one posts the same picture on the same day?

I had a 6 pack of Bodhizafa IPA over the weekend and I think I’m officially done with IPA’s. I have said that before but I’m there now.

I was getting that way, but the hazy/NE/juicy IPA's gave new life to the IPAs for me. Some of my favorite beers have come from this trend. I also like the brut IPAs. Between the two, IPAs are my beverage of choice. I still love really good "regular" beer too. I nice pils / lager on a hot day while grilling is perfection.

I've just found in the past few years that my beer tastes have constricted. There are a few favorite IPA's that I'll drink on occasion, but I never seek out new ones to try. I still love a wide variety of stouts and porters, pilsners, and I do like yeasty beers like saisons, but that's an area I have yet to explore much. I'm not a big fan of sours, either.

I feel like with age, my food palette has improved while my alcohol palette has diminished, as I've become super picky about liquor and wine as well.

Have you had any of the hazy IPAs? Two that I like that should be readily available are the Lagunitas Sumpin Hazy, and Sierra Nevada Hazy Little Thing (the west coast guys don't like calling it NEIPA apparently). The best I've had though are the real NE ones. A few pages back I listed some out that a friend brought back from MA, and they were some of the best I've had. Forgot to list out the Heady Topper which started(?) the trend. I liked it but not as much as the others.

I've not ventured in to that variety yet. Maybe I'll give some a try here soon.
