Over here the episodes air at 3am, so I usually watch Monday evening after work. Do you watch when it airs?

This is basically the only series I watch live.
I watched an analysis of the Comic Con trailer and it turns out it's even more spoilerly than I thought; but it gets me even more excited for the next few episodes, especially after being lukewarm on the first one.

The pacing of this episode seems off.

I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.

I would complain about the Grey Worm sex(?) Scene but it featured Missandei naked so I'm ok with it.tragabigzanda wrote:Way too much screen time spent on skin flaying.Monkey_Driven wrote:The pacing of this episode seems off.

It was. But I'm glad it was included for the above reasons.cutuphalfdead wrote:That Greyworm scene was way too fucking long.

It's not really a big reveal if it was first mentioned 5 minutes before, is it?cutuphalfdead wrote:So the big reveal about Qyburn's plans for dealing with dragons is crossbows?

This is twice this season they've treated known, common information as a reveal. The first being the obsidian on Dragonstone.Monkey_Driven wrote:It's not really a big reveal if it was first mentioned 5 minutes before, is it?cutuphalfdead wrote:So the big reveal about Qyburn's plans for dealing with dragons is crossbows?

I don't really count this as a reveal. The dragonglass reveal was dumb though.cutuphalfdead wrote:This is twice this season they've treated known, common information as a reveal. Liked the Nymeria scene. I would have rolled my eyes hard if Nymeria just dropped everything and went along with her.

I fucking HATE Theon so much. He's been beyond redemption for me since he let Ramsey do that to Sansa. Now? I just need him to die.

You know if his death was definitive it might have worked, as he gave himself to the Drowned God.malice wrote:that was the stupidest decision ever. jump off the ship? srsly? ughdurdencommatyler wrote:I fucking HATE Theon so much. Re: HBO: Game of Thrones (Song of Ice and Fire)
In the throne room when asked what they were gonna do about dragons instead of saying the mad scientist has a plan, they should have just said "Scorpions. We're going to use scorpions. This is a martial, medieval society so we have plenty already."cutuphalfdead wrote:They literally pulled back a curtain.Monkey_Driven wrote:I don't really count this as a reveal.
