shrimp is great because you can just keep it in the freezer and if you put it in some warm water it thaws in just a couple minutes

Yep. Just avocado smeared on toast. Some places tart it up, sure. But mostly just that.

Oh, man, it's like the biggest deal in the world in NYC. Every fucking place has it. There are even some places that will give it to you free of charge if you bring in paperwork showing that you're a homeowner. I'm not kidding.
