So, I know where this is. It's here in Louisville, home of the Kentucky Derby. This particular building is a strip club, near Churchill Downs (hence the horse on top). There is a competing strip club down the road with the slogan "100's of beautiful girls, and one ugly one".
I felt like providing an unnecessary explanation of this particular photo. Not that I have any first hand knowledge of any such strip club matters, just thought I would share my observations from working in the general area. Now back to whatever it was you were doing prior to reading this.
