Ugh. Steve Nash. Worst MVP winner in NBA history.

LOL at judging someone's career when they are 27.verb_to_trust wrote:He still only has one ring and two mvps. Some of those best pg of all time lists with him at the top are absurd.

Re: NBA Thread
I'm not ready to call Curry one of the best point guards ever yet either, but I think you're underrating his first few years in the league.verb_to_trust wrote:All the great players were great at a lot younger age and sustained it.
He averaged 18 points, 6 assists, 4.5 boards, and 2 steals a game in his first and second seasons on shitty teams. He had ankle problems during his third season. He's been right around 23+ points, 7 assists, 4 boards, and 1.5-2 steals a game since. He's never shot worst than 42.5 percent from 3 and he's never made less than 2 per game.
For comparison purposes Chris Paul's numbers his first three seasons were around 18 points a game, 4 boards, 9 assists, and 2 steals per game.
Considering Curry didn't even play point guard until his last college season I would say he started off alright.

Re: NBA Thread
This year I've been streaming Spurs game online, but listening to the radio broadcast from SA. Do anyone else do that?
Luckily, SA's WOAI has a 50,000-watt transmitter and it comes in crystal clear after sunset in PHX.

I've always had a hard time following what is going during a radio broadcast of basketball.turned2black wrote:This year I've been streaming Spurs game online, but listening to the radio broadcast from SA. Do anyone else do that?

Thibs era Bulls absolutely would upset this warriors team. I just hope Opie can guide the ship to a respectable loss tonight.

Rose came out hot....Opie puts him on the bench 6 minutes in for the Eatone Moore experience. Bulls are going to get killed if the game continues at this pace anyway.
