I would love to see myself running like from across the street right now to see if I was going a respectable/normal speed or if I am running just pathetically slow.

Hard to tell.

No fkn clue. It’s hilly so I’m all over the place. Like 25 minutes usually.

today was the best outing i've had in awhile...i didn't change my intervals, but definitely went faster in the running ones and rarely felt tired...i think i'm still going to stay at these intervals the rest of this week, but i hope this progress continues

Sounds great, lenny. I'm making similar progress. I'm going at least 3 days a week, aiming at 4. Calves get pretty tight so I often need at least one day off. Trying to stretch more. Still walking after every little while, but each while is getting longer each time. I can even run up big hills I couldn't even make halfway before. Shirt gets completely drenched each time. Feels great.

Question: How much do you focus on your breathing? For me it's everything. I've learned that 100% nose breathing is absolutely the way to go.

I concentrate 50% on breathing (hopeful I don’t have too much snot in there) and 50% what to do with my hands (open, fist, loose fist, never can make up my mind).

HAHA same. I don't really have to focus on my breathing anymore because I trained myself to 100% nose breathe and the rest takes care of itself. As far as my gait, feet, hands, arm swing, I'm always focusing and working on these things. Always attentive on landing on ball of feet and I find it difficult to do. I feel like as long as I put most of the weight on the ball it's close enough. I try to lead with my hips for proper gait. I imagine I'm driving from there, like a little guy inside of my penis in control, using my eyes like a computer monitor, controlling everything at the groin control center. Try to keep everything else loose, but run tall and no twisting. Everything straight and forward. I feel silly sometimes. I need to record myself to see how I look from the outside. I wonder if I'm not swinging my arms enough or holding my hands too high sometimes.
