what'd you eat this weekend?
i was pretty backed up. I didn't eat well at all (was traveling with one of my kids). i also had steak last night for his birthday.

but like snatch said, after i felt like a million bucks.
how do you like your steak cooked? i love rare, but i've had some minor stomach issues sometime afterwards, so i'm a medium rare guy these days.
i make it medium rare (125 degrees). i do need to cut down on my red-meat intake though.

it was probably more of the mcdonalds/pizza from saturday. i'm sure that didn't help.

I never knew steak could cause issues like that.

I'm thinking the issue is more the fast food. You are almost always going to pay for that.

I had a problem with late night munchies, too, so I replaced the chips, etc. with apple slice (pre-cut so I can be lazy and just eat them) and watermelon (pre-cut too). Improved bathroom experience, too.
good idea

Carb-less munchies are going to make you feel dead inside. That's the real struggle.

What’s your go-to munchie?

Is there a return investment on moving your bowels?

Couple tablespoons of yogurt. Which is probably why I'm in tremendous shape + dead inside.
