Just watch the final episode of the last season, Vader faces off against his Padewan, Ahsoka. it's as good as Star Wars gets outside the films. The next season hopefully will be great.
I agree with you there pal.

Wait. Clone Wars characters are showing up in Rebels, which will have tie-ins to the new movie? So the prequels are definitely still treated as canon, then? I thought they were being more ambiguous about it than that.

They were pretty clear that prequels were cannon. They just weren't going to reference them much. They are probably higher on clone wars and rebels (I quite enjoyed season 1 for what it was--haven't seen 2)

If you only even saw the last 15 minutes of the last episode, youd be sold on it..(not the entire series..its great but has crap moments) but the whole set up going to a sith temple, ezra(the 'luke') being tempted by the dark side via Maul..who needs him to get into the temple..they get in..but Vader turns up..the whole thing, if it was in a film?? we'd be losing our shit about it. Not being a fanboi but it is that good. And it's Vader at the height of his powers...

ezra facing off against Vader
'I'm not scared of you'
'Then you will die braver than most'

it's so awesome.

I never would have imagined just how often men in their 30's and 40's use the word "fanboy."

Are fanboys the ones that hate everything or love everything? I've never been too clear on that.

I think it depends who's talking and what point they're trying to make at the time.

I'm a fanboi. But it's just a term I use to describe hard core fans of something. Not as a pejorative.

If you go to the star wars facebook page you see a commercial for the teaser. So you get one shot. Looks great.

Well here's the big test for Disney. Can they make a different sorry in the Star Wars universe outside of established characters and without John Williams scoring work?

A teaser for a teaser is rather annoying. They better have at least a hint either audible or visual of Vader in this.
