Dario is another one who is underwhelming on the tv show. Is this any different in the book?
Sandor is a bit different in that I loved him in the books, but find he's a more sympathetic character, and therefore even more likable, on the show.

There are some really, really good Davos chapters there.
But at this point I'm fairly confident GRRM will die before finishing the series. If he can manage to get through all seven books, then I'll finish them up.
