I had a theory the final scene in Solo would happen on Tatooine.

What if we see an Obi away cameo? He’s just in the background watching like Aragorn in FOTR?


Someone from slashfilm in a reaction tweet said there’s Marvel level shit going on in Solo.

That could only mean Obi wan...right?

It can’t be an interaction with Obi wan or Ahsoka. Han has never seen a Jedi or believes it.
Even tho Ahsoka has met chewie in clone wars.

So if it’s them either of them it has to be a removed shot.

I think Solo ends too far out (chronologically) for Tattooine to be a realistic factor.

Won't be surprised to see Fett and Vader. Ahsoka is in play because she could be anywhere at this point in the timeline & Han wouldn't need to know she's a Force user. But I still think there's no way she shows up.

The people I know personally have said as much as they could and it amounts to this is going somewhere else. I took it to mean a sequel. Now other things are making me think they’re going for connected universe a la marvel. Let’s see.

I expect what the internet is starting to refer to as a "scoundrel trilogy."

I'm guessing we don't get a direct sequel (Han 2) but we get a series of films focused on the characters from the era. Lando will be next. Then either Boba Fett or Jabba to round out the trilogy.

I admit, I'm not overly enthusiastic about a Boba Fett film. But it could be cool. Just depends on what kind of movie it is and how it's told.

I don't know if I would even see that in theatres and I LOVE Star Wars. Boba Fett sucks.

My reading of it whatever clamour there was for a fett movie has completely died away. It’s all about Kenobi. Even among hardcore fett fans it’s died off and people talking about the ways it could go wrong (aka they have to hire the kiwi guy or gtfo riots in the streets kinda thing) and what kind of story would it be anyways? People seem more interested in him being involved in tv series but who knows?
I don’t know where it came from but I want to say it was Iger at some point said the three standalones would take place before the OT and would be supplemental to it. So Obi wan Just seems a natural fit to round it out.

Before #Solo hits theaters, I'm or excited for a #Lando film than a Solo film!

Eh. Not super interested in that. Of course that may change once I see Donald Glover's performance but as far as a character is concerned, Lando feels best as a supporting Role. Dont feel there is much story there to keep me interested*.
