4 miles in 46:46...around 1:40 better than my last best time from around 2.5 weeks ago...didn't feel like it was that much better, but i'll take it
And they say that a hero could save us

5.05 miles in 59:51...one of my best overall paces, but it didn't feel like it

Great jobs everyone.

Man, I really pushed myself the last couple evenings. Not using a tracker but from GoogleMaps it looks to be around 4 miles, but with a lot of hills in under an hour. Walking some, but less each time, and running sprints some segments. Getting strong. :)

Biked 12 miles and then hit a 5k. Tried to push it a bit but my legs felt a little jello-y and barely snuck under 24 mins. I just needed to swim and that's a mini triathlon right?
