Re: Fantasy Football Discussion
Third and final draft is tomorrow night. It's a new start-up league. Re-draft. The guy that set it up just wants to have fun and see a ton of points scored. So, the scoring is insane. Which means I'll be drafting a defense way earlier than usual.
But it's only six teams, so really all of us are gonna have solid teams. I'm drafting from the 2 spot again. Which means I'm either getting JT or JC (I know Chase is a reach from that spot but I goddamn love him and in this seems like the league to experiment in).

Drafting tonight with the 6th pick. Interested to see who's available at that point.

Re: Fantasy Football Discussion
Chase was there but I passed on him--he's a prime regression candidate imo. I ended up taking Henry 6th. Got flustered in the third round and ended up with an RB I didn't want, but am otherwise pretty happy. NFL.com gave it a B

Re: Fantasy Football Discussion
I could see a regression in TDs, sure. But I don't think there's any way he's not a top 5 WR. Injuries to him and/or Burrow notwithstanding, of course.
But I'm biased. I think the dude is electric. I can't remember the last time I was this excited by a wide out. Probably Jerry Rice.

Re: Fantasy Football Discussion
Welp, Cooper Kupp got me 31.80 points last night. Quite exciting, but traditionally when I do great on Thursday night, I lose the week.
Let me tell you, Homer Simpson is cock of nothing!

Re: Fantasy Football Discussion
I had Diggs my opponent had Cupp last night.
Cupp: 34.80
Diggs: 36.20
So glad we have the insane scoring bonuses that we have in that league.
But just to balance my ego out, I did leave the Bills D on my bench and they scored 20. So...

Cam Akers was definitely worth the 8th rounder I kept him at.
Too bad I started him this week.

I knew I should have made a better effort to draft Henderson.

Re: Fantasy Football Discussion
I needed a QB right before he went, but I just looked at my draft results and he went two picks before mine in the next round. Not so much of an effort thing I suppose, but he was definitely on my good value pick list.wease wrote:Why didn’t you?lennytheweedwhacker wrote:I knew I should have made a better effort to draft Henderson.
