but cholestorol mostly comes from within

i had high cholesterol for a while and went on the pills a few months ago and it came right down

no side effects, i can still drink

and with RM weight loss i feel way less guilty about when i do decide to eat crap

i had a boss who was in good health and randomly needed a quadruple bypass

plaque in the arteries

just take the pill and have peace of mind

it’s really no big deal

Yep, I have less than a year left on the lease and I will def be getting out of that car.

I've leased VWs, Nissans before and will look into Honda, too.

Thanks, yeah it blows because I worked hard to lose that weight but it went up anyway. Starting Crestor this week. I guess I have muscle aches to look forward to.

But yes, I agree, the RM weight loss thread definitely makes it easier to hold myself accountable. I've added 3-4 pounds since early May (I like to look back at the old pages for weigh-ins) and that's def a good motivator for me.

this is why people shouldnt just people for medical conditions based on fallicies such as weight. my first go around with being overweight (296) my BP, cholesterol and everything else was in very healthy range. i drop 90lbs and then my heart goes bonkers, my blood pressure spikes etc

i have nothing for this. im just saying a person can be overweight and people believe they have all kinds of medical issues but that isnt always the case
