haven't checked in a few weeks, but probably 144
Have you mentioned your inability to run a mile despite not being fat and running three times a week to a doctor?
I truly hope this is a shtick post

please don't fuel lenny's hypochondria
If I was 144 lbs I would be an incredible runner within a year. I'm just confused, that's all.
I'm confused why you can't run as far as me.
How far is that?

i ran at a much slower pace, and tried to focus more on my breathing...i was able to run more at one time, though my average heart rate was only down 3 beats and my overall pace wasn't good...the legs felt were fine overall, and i feel really good right now though

It’s getting harder to begin a run now that it’s colder. Ran in shorts, T-shirt. Felt bad at first, motivated. Now that I’m in better shape over 4 months in, it’s more like I’m driving a body. Less struggle. Felt great just over halfway into the 4 miler. The perfect run in the future will be when you can adjust room temperature throughout; warm in the beginning, cold in the end.

I've done over 15 half marathons in the last 2 years for starters. Haven't seen you post 1.

I did 10 km on weds but it was the end of a triathlon and it was utter hell. Possibly the worst run of the year.

I'm pretty sure that dev was shaming verb because verb was attempting to shame Lenny.

I ran a halfs in August and September. Last one was 8:15 mile pace. Nothing amazing but running a half is no big deal for me.

I'm not shaming Lenny. I'm questioning his truthfulness.

It's just that running is one of the few things that WILL reward you with progress and gain as long as you put in the work. As sure as the sun comes up. Someone saying they can't run a mile without stopping after putting in time for the better part of a year doesn't seem real to me.
