Move your legs at above a walking pace. All it will take is 10 or 11 minutes. Don't stop.

i was doing that for quite awhile...at least by trying to increase my intervals after a bit, then i plateaued...and my heart rate hasn't really changed in the process

Even fat women who do couch to 5k program with their friends can run a mile without stopping. We need to get to the bottom of what is going on here Lenny.

i had an ecg done and it was perfectly fine, as was my blood work...i am going to talk to my doc about it again though
