I mean having basically unlimited energy kinda helped.. but I didn't eat that much of it
I mean, you reach a certain point in the game and you can get them whenever you need.CopperTom wrote:Motorbike + Ancient Arrows. What a waste of Ancient Arrows.

If he didn't beat them, you can give him shit for that for all time.E.H. Ruddock wrote:LV returned a couple of N64 Zelda games I had let him borrow. Kinda sad I can't give him shit about still having them now.
You know on the 3DS you can turn off the 3D portion of it, right? I never play in 3D.Tsuga wrote:I wish I could play Ocarina but the 3D from games of that era gives me motion sickness and I have to lie down. Even Wii games like Twilight Princess (which I beat) and Skyward Sword to a lesser extent (which I got to the final monster but gave up), make me slightly nauseated. I pretty much leapt from Super Nintendo to Wii and missed everything in between. I do have an Advance though and thought Minish Cap was fun.
Is she going to collect all the Korok seeds?mf wrote:I’m late to the party but we finally picked up a switch and BoTW a month ago and the wife and I are both hooked. I totally get the love for this game now. I’m a little embarrassed to say that this is my first real experience with a Zelda game.
The amazing thing is that she’s not a gamer at all so we are having very different experiences in the game. She doesn’t care about quests or story, she just wants to explore, collect and hoard every unique item she can get her hands on. She’ll do the main quests for the rewards but actively avoids any NPCs with side quests. My guess is that Ganon will continue his dominion over Hyrule when she finally gets bored of the game.
Yeah she’s been keeping an eye out for them (cause hoarders need the extra storage space) but she’s not gonna hunt them all down. Me either actually. Isn’t there like 900 of them?Monkey_Driven wrote:Is she going to collect all the Korok seeds?mf wrote:I’m late to the party but we finally picked up a switch and BoTW a month ago and the wife and I are both hooked. Separate the price, was it fun? Did you enjoy your experience?tree_ wrote:I just beat Link's Awakening on Switch. Underwhelmed. It was OK but not worth 60 dollars.
It was somewhat fun. Boss fights were too easy. Puzzles were challenging at times. Some of it felt unnecessarily laborious.Monkey_Driven wrote:Separate the price, was it fun?
