Don't know if deaths are higher in poorer neighborhoods or not, but I assume she's highlighting the fact that one variable in health outcomes is income/wealth.

One might point out that Germans immigrating to the US in the mid 19 century and Turkish immigrants to Germany in the 20th century under the “guest worker” program are not the same as undocumented hordes hopping the southern border
