I just gave a listen to a few tracks off Yeezus; the production and arrangement on those songs was pretty fantastic and not what I was expecting. I guess for some reason I was expecting really dense EDM-style backings and not the kind of minimally-structured, heavy beat focus. I still can't get past a lot of the vocal stylings, though. I have some of the same issues Burt has with most hip-hop, I think.
