The thing is, the only states that will remove him from the ballot are blue states that wouldn't have sent electors for him anyway. He can be off of all of those ballots and still win the presidency.

I still think it's pointless to try this 14th Amendment stuff on a person who has not been tried or convicted of insurrection, but the Republican "oh my vapors" responses are absurd given how hard the Republican Party has worked to get various states to subvert the last and the next election.
