In my own opinion this series biggest problem is nobody knows who she is or her relationship with anakin and the whole the history with the Jedi order.

I’ve said since day one how do they explain all this to Joe Public and make them care?
None of them are gonna watch clone wars are or rebels to find out

I hope they dont explain shit. Let the viewer find out.

At this point it seems Ahsoka is pretty well known and this series will give her more attention.

They mention Anakin a lot in the trailer, so I'm sure that backstory will be explained.

I think this is a reasonable concern. But, just as one personal example, I didn't know who Ahsoka was when I watched Rebels. And I fell in love with the character and it made me desperate to go back and know more about her. I only watched Clone Wars (which is fucking awesome, btw!) because of Rebels. I think this could be the same thing for JQ Nobody. Just watch it. Go on the journey. Get exposed to who these folks are in this moment and then know that you can always go back and find more info.

TL;DR: I'm not too worried about it. I trust Filoni where Ahsoka/Rebels characters are concerned.

At the end of the day, it won't matter if you watched the cartoons at all. They know that they need to entertain people coming in blind, too.
