So far the Broncos defense looks fantastic.

No doubt, and I hope the "Peyton is done" talk can take a break. He and the offense just went up against two top 5 defenses in my mind over a span of 5 days. Still a ways to go.

After a shaky first quarter and a half, Peyton looked really good. He was threading some really nice passes.

Yeah, once Kubiac let Peyton be Peyton and pick up the tempo a bit, Peyton looked like the same guy who has haunted my nightmares for two fucking decades. God that guy is so fucking good.

And it's nice to have a good rivalry with close games like this. The loss hurts, obviously. But we each have Defenses that are playing at a top 5 level and the game was never out of hand for either side. It could have gone either way. This is what rivalry games should be. But maybe next time both teams tighten up and quit the sloppy play and mistakes.

There's a Chiefs bar in NYC that I go to. It's been our bar for 15 years. Chiefs faithful are there every week, Sunday, Monday, Thursday, whatever.

Last night we had some seriously shitty Denver fans that were being total dicks about the game (and especially the win). That shit pissed me off more than the loss.

I feel way better today having talked to several Denver fans who are really cool and I just want to say that I appreciate that. You guys earned you win. Hopefully, we'll get you next time.

But enjoy the week. And thanks for not being dick bags today.

Just remember: every fan base has dick bags, but nowhere near the amount that makes the core of Raider Nation.

AMEN!

Last night was actually the first time I've had a problem with Broncos fans. Usually it's all in good fun. But these guys... woof. And I know there are plenty of d-bag Chiefs fans too. In fact, one of them comes to the bar fairly regularly. Usually one of us has to tell him to shut up.

But I do love uniting with Broncos and Chargers fans in a shared hatred and zero tolerance policy for Faid fans. They're just the living worst.

Here's to both of our teams giving them the fucking business TWICE this season!

I think everyone is ready for this after all the mind-numbing officiating in this game.

What's really scary is how freaking deep it is. They took Shane Ray in the first round, and also nailed it with a UDFA from CSU in Shaquil Barrett. Those two are helping to keep Miller and Ware fresh.

Elway just committed highway robbery. Davis and a 7th for two 6ths in 2016/2017, and if they let him walk after this season (which they probably will since they'll have Jeff Heuerman coming off IR), they'll likely recoup at least a 6th in 2017 via compensatory picks.

There's that third receiving threat we've been missing this season, hopefully.

I see this going one of two ways for this team: works wonders (the O was the only thing holding them back) or fails miserably (Kubiak loses the locker room completely).

I don't see how they can lose the locker room completely over a TE that they only have a half season commitment to.

God I hate Patriots fans. Same guy would be lickin BB's taint if he made that trade.

"What a steal!! No way he'll be a problem in that locker room!!"

Is there room on the Raider's bandwagon?
