Woke up this morning with terrible gas pain. I took some gas-x and have been walking around, but damn...what a miserable feeling. Hopefully, I'll send off a good poop today.

I’ve pooped a lot the last 36 hours, to the point where I’ve started using wet wipes.

Woke up, felt like I had to go and I did but it wasn't satisfying. A little too wet actually.
Went downstairs and had some coffee / espresso.
Went back upstairs and went again. Think I got the rest out.
Took a shower and now at work. Feel good.

I was feeling this way, too, but it is something we all have in common and can bond over, like our love for Pearl Jam of course.
