jw, how do you not see that it is immature? I'm a lifelong Bucs fan and I can see it. The dude got in trouble for allegedly stealing crab legs. The big controversy surrounding him leading up to the draft was the things he got in trouble for. So, after he gets drafted the first thing he posts is him with crab legs. Could you ever see someone like Andrew Luck, Aaron Rodgers, etc. doing something like that?

If it was no big deal then why did the team ask him to take the post down?

I see where jw is coming from. We complain about the vanillaness of our athletes, and the cliche's etc. Then a guy shows a bit of a sense of humor and we call him immature

BUT
In this case, Winston's transgressions go far beyond just the crab legs. If that was his biggest issue, and he made light of it months after, I think it would have been received the way jw is. But now it's part of a pattern of character and judgment concerns, and that's where the decision to bring it up is very very questionable. The optics of it are just off.

can someone clarify the crab legs thing? i heard he claimed he forgot to pay, but then later stated he was given them for free by an employee...did the actual truth ever come out?

agreed...if it were just the crab legs this wouldn't be that big of a deal...but clearly his f her right in the p incident after the rape allegations just shows proper judgement is not in this guy's arsenal

How do I not see it as immature? I don't know because maybe I have perspective. I don't concern myself with BS.

My youngest brother, who is not a Bucs fan like me, has this tradition of sending me the Bucs jersey of QB's that didn't work out. He sent me a Freeman one a couple of years ago after he was cut, he sent me a McCown one last year, he sent me a Dilfer one after Dilfer won with the Ravens, and a few others. He texted me last night that he just sent me another jersey, I figured it would be a Glennon jersey. It is a Winston jersey. :/

Don't act like your point is difficult to understand just because someone doesnt agree with it. And then stereotyping as well? Nice.

Should burn it. If you wear it you may become someone with a pattern of minor 'issues.'

He very well might be. Rape allegations with victim blaming, followed by shaming? Shoplifting with denials, lies and no remorse?
