Welp.

Disney is not moving forward with Tron 3

Sorry, light cycle enthusiasts: Disney is not moving forward with Tron 3, a studio source confirmed to EW. The news was first reported by The Hollywood Reporter.

Back in April, it was announced that Tron: Legacy stars Olivia Wilde and Garrett Hedlund would reprise their roles for the third film, which Joseph Kosinski was set to direct. (According to The Hollywood Reporter, Disney also wanted Jared Leto for a role in the film, but nothing had been formally discussed with the actor.) Though the project was never given an official green light, production was in line to begin later this year, reportedly in Vancouver.

The sequel, made 28 years after the kitschy ’80s sci-fi cult classic with Jeff Bridges, grossed $400 million worldwide from a reported $170 million budget.

For more on the fate of Tron 3, head to THR.

I'll literally watch Olivia Wilde in anything. She's so fucking talented, I can't even. I JUST CAN'T.

What should I watch to convince me of her talent?

Well, I'm guessing you won't find anything. But what have you seen her in so far?

She's married to Kansas City boy. 8-)

And she's often photographed in Kansas City Chiefs gear. :luv:

I love her so much. :heartbeat:

She also came to my wife's 30th birthday party!

Drinking Buddies is easily my personal favorite of her performances that I've seen. I just adore that movie. But I'm sure Jordan would hate it. But, yeah, she's just lights out in that movie. So vulnerable and honest. Every beat is precise.
