I went into Forbidden Planet today in NYC and bought a bunch of stuff, mostly based on the cover art and a quick leaf-through. I don't know anything about any of these books, except that Kaius's avatar is from Saga.

Annihilator by Morrison and Irving is definitely worth checking out. Frazer Irving's art is the tits. He's probably my favorite artist in comics today.

I'm gonna swing by FP again for some last-minute gift-shopping. I might pick up a few other books for myself. Does anyone have any recommendations? Since I live in Argentina, I'd prefer to stay away from ongoing series (though I did get a few first-issues out of curiosity).

You like Bats right? Batman - The Death of the Family is a good one. Rat Queens is an ongoing but the first trade is out I think. It's a really fun read. If you are looking to check out any more first issues Tooth and Claw and especially Birthright are really good.

Also, where is the best place to start reading about Damian's return and his new powers? I lost track of comics for a few months, knew this was happening, but don't know what book(s) it's happening in.

I was watching Teen Titans Go! with the kids the other day and in one scene there were a bunch of comics all over the ground and I could have sworn one of the them was a Multiversity comic. I'm probably wrong but if not that's pretty awesome to drop that in there like that.
