Here are my thoughts so far and guess on who the authors are for each song (excluding the obvious ones)
2 x 4 (Full band composition. This song seems like all members had a hand in it. Pretty good song.)
The Only Cloud in the Sky (Jeff Ament. This song has Jeff written all over it IMO. It has some quirkiness to it. Not my favorite.)
Life Wasted (With all of the shitty production stripped from it, it hits a lot harder than the album version. Love the outro and one of my favorite bridges of theirs.)
Severed Hand (Again, the lack of shitty production helps the music tremendously. The bridge is the star of the album IMO and Matt's drumming in the outro is phenomenal.)
The bigger the Wave (The bridge here is ten times better than the album version. Still not a favorite of mine.)
Open Door (I think this is an Ed song and it kind of meanders along similar to Cold Confession. Not bad and has a sense of hope to it.)
Rearranged Furniture (This sounds like Stone to me with the brawny riffs and groove. My favorite out of all of the leaks.)
Rearranged Priorities (This sounds like McCready and the only reason I say that is the outro is remminiscent of Marker in the Sand. The song reminds of Husker Du as well which Mike seems get a good bit of influence from.)
10 Billion Years (Stone of course. I think musically it shows how Stone can crush Eddie when it comes to writing great acoustic tunes. Lyrically it's limp and could have been fleshed out by Ed. I think Stone's voice fits the song as well.)
Lucky 13 (I think this is Matt and Ed working together. The percussion and arrangement screams Matt, but the guitar riffs are similar to Thunderclap to me. I can take or leave this song.)
Breeze in D (I think this is another Stone song. The main riff seems too groovy for Ed or Mike. Love this song.)

Not sure if this has been mentioned before or not. Jeff Aments "Tone" album from 2008 has a song called "Only Cloud in the Sky." Does anyone know this song? Any similarities? I cant find audio of it anywhere. Perhaps Jeff just borrowed the title.

Something about RM is a safe haven for dads. I've been lurking off and on for 10 years, and had zero desire to post anything at all until my daughter has born 6 weeks ago.
On topic, these demos are pretty cool. I love Stone singing but 10 Billion Years seems like it's being way overblown. I'm not sure it's anything more than a sketch of sorts. Hell I'm not even sure PJ is playing on it. Someone earlier pointed it out it might be Brad playing on it, which I could buy.
The Only Cloud In The Sky is truly solid; the only thing I can say was a certain missed opportunity.
