my guess is because she's sitting at the beach in southern california in a sweater and every one else around her is in shorts and t-shirts
and giving her the stink eye..it does get cool at the beach though but not the last couple of days as huntington is just 30 miles south of me..ive been
known to wear a hoodie in september in the morning but thats rare
