My fucking diabetic, 70 year old mother walks on the same path they're running on. If my dad sees him, and he doesn't give them 6 feet, I'm driving up there, staking out that trail, and shoving him into the canal.
Given his response. I'm OK with him feeling socially shamed. If he took it that way, he must be feeling a bit pressured. Good. Maybe you should invest in some N95 or higher grade masks for your parents so you can feel you’re doing something to protect your parents and lose some of the rage you’re experiencing.

Probably should depend on where you're running.
