did a really crappy 4 miles yesterday, mostly walking on the last 2
did 3.10 today and while better, i have work to do...i've really tried focusing on my breathing, but my heart rate is still elevated and that's preventing me from running further without having to walk some

I got myself an early Christmas present. These have a carbon plate, so I'm pretty sure I'm going to make the olympics now.

I’ve been running to a spot that’s about 1.2 miles from my house. Just realized that each run is about 2.4 miles and not only 1.2 because the return mileage counts.

hate him because he just now realized that if you run 1.2 miles in one direction to get back to your starting point you have to then run that 1.2 miles back?

No, because my 1.2 mile times were pretty weak but it turns out they are great 2.4 times.

Wait until your 50 and getting back into it after not being active for 7 months. My 2.25 mile time is about 35 minutes give or take

Yeah this super cold weather has really been hindering my motivation to run... haven't been able to even maintain a 1 day a week habit lately.. might have to get on the exercise bike again

I have a tinman elite branded bandana I tie around my neck. It looks cool and I can easily flip in to the back of my neck if I get hot.

Are you at a track Peeps? It looks like it snowed a lot. I hate it when it snows this time of year because it fucks up my ability to use the track and the track is pretty crucial since it gets dark so fast now.
