Just braised an entire head of cabbage with some crispy bacon, a yellow onion, apple cider vinegar, a little chicken broth, and some salt and pepper.
Gonna squeeze some whole grain mustard all over it for dinner tonight and live life.

Due to my wife telling my I had to make something with ricotta cheese (and suggestions from the board) I made Ricotta and Spinach Calzones.
