They have pretty much every Google app blocked here. Even gmail because some fool idiot downloaded a virus from their personal email account.

sometimes i miss working with complete idiots. and then, sometimes, i don't.

Ugh, I typically have 100+ on a WebEx event meaning I have to set up presenters with different dial-in and presentation rights, hosts, and attendees.

The other options are Skype or a nationwide conference system for phones only. The national call I'm on every week uses the phones for the call and Skype for the slides and every fucking week there are hot mics and people talking about hot mics and people saying turn your mics off and it would be so much easier if they just jettisoned the call and made it Skype only. That way they could know exactly who is talking and mute their asses.

that's actually not a bad idea at all. everyone will ask why? and your friends and family can simply hand out the note at your funeral. no words needed and everyone would understand.
