I was a pretty big fan of this song as a kid. I think it might have been one of the first songs that blew my mind as a young child. My mom had that record and a little record player she let me mess with and I would replay his songs over and over. Now, though, not sure... it's OK. I appreciate the craft, but it seems kinda lame. Not sure if it's aged very well. Or maybe it's me that hasn't aged well. I don't know. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

In '87, Huey released this; Fore!, their most accomplished album. I think their undisputed masterpiece is "Hip To Be Square". A song so catchy, most people probably don't listen to the lyrics. But they should, because it's not just about the pleasures of conformity and the importance of trends. It's also a personal statement about the band itself.
