Ed Piskor maybe, or maybe it's like the other suicide thing. I liked Cartoonist Kayfabe.

Goddamn. I used to watch/listen to their courtroom series quite often while driving. Then they just stopped. I’ve long wondered why. I don’t know anything about any controversies that made Rugg sever ties with him so I’m gonna have to do some interwebs digging, I guess.

Oh, I really liked a lot of their interviews, too.

Looks like it’s been confirmed by his family.

And looking at the background of it, he seems like a rather skeevy guy. I never liked how he disparaged other artists’ work (while praising Liefeld?!?) and he always seemed, I dunno, not pretentious but I can’t think of a better word. I always liked Rugg.

I’m not saying his suicide was warranted, but surely you don’t feel that nothing should’ve been done in response to these allegations. Should he and Warren Ellis just get to go along with their days and their victims have to just deal with what happened to them?

I don't know if there was any victim. I do know people shouldn't grab their pitchforks at the first twitter post and try to ruin someone's entire life like many were doing last week. They have no idea what the truth is. I'm sure the media showing up at his parent's house (and doxxing them in the process) didn't help.

I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.

Just read CJ Snare, the singer of Firehouse, died on Friday. He co-wrote and sang “Don’t treat me bad,” “When I Look Into Your Eyes,” and “Love of a Lifetime.” Beavis and Butthead might not have been impressed, but those songs were ubiquitous back then and the latter two are timeless, in my opinion.

Loved him in Naked Gun tho. Who will play his part in the upcoming Liam Neesons remake? I vote Adrian Peterson.
