"Can't Deny Me" is a song by the American alternative rock band Pearl Jam, released as the first single from their upcoming as-yet-untitled eleventh studio album. The song was released on March 10, 2018 as a digital download exclusively on Pearl Jam's Ten Club fan club. "Can't Deny Me" peaked at No. 11 on Billboard's Mainstream Rock chart.

entertaining question, for sure. one the one hand, i'd say 3:1, because i'm sure they think it's great and it's also one less song to write. on the other, they may have realized it was a flop, and want to try something different. if that's true, it's a bit scary, because we know what they create when they try and make modern hits.

entertaining question, for sure. one the one hand, i'd say 3:1, because i'm sure they think it's great and it's also one less song to write. on the other, they may have realized it was a flop, and want to try something different. if that's true, it's a bit scary, because we know what they create when they try and make modern hits.
i really hope it's not wishful thinking and willful naivete to think that they realize it just doesn't cut it and they can spin it like "we had so many other songs we decided to leave it as a single instead of putting it on the album."
but really it'll be track 1, side 1.

One the one hand, I liked Can't Deny Me. Two the other, I hope it's not on the next record. But I said the same thing about Gone when it came out, so three you go.

I can't believe it's already been over a year since Can't Deny Me came out.

I like Gone quite a lot. A pretty good modern-era Pearl Jam song. The studio album production is a little off.

I was actually kind of bummed that they included the finished full band version on S/T. But whatever. It's a good song and I like having a couple versions, ultimately.
